Project Oversight
  • Act as Owner’s representative to ensure timely action and responses in order to avoid unnecessary and costly delays
  • Coordinate regulatory agency requirements with corresponding agency i.e. DERM, WASD, FPL, DEP, and SFWMD
  • Assist in coordinating permitting issues with local and county building departments
  • Make recommendations to owner regarding field conditions and potential changes
  • Monitor project’s progress and provide complementary reports
  • Provide report on Contractor’s performance and management of project
  • Review Owner/Contractor agreement to ensure contractor’s compliance
  • Recommend to Owner, actions to be taken, when and if necessary
  • Prepare written directives to contractor to give clear direction in order to mitigatepotential delays
  • Prepare project closeout documents.
  • Close out project
Process Review
  • Assess project management processes (RFI/COR/Submittals) with suggestions for improvements
  • Perform review of quality assurance and quality control practices/procedures
  • Review and comment on Contractor’s Quality Control and Safety Plans
Schedule Review
  • Perform schedule assessment, review critical path
  • Perform comparative analysis
Design Review
  • Provide peer review of critical areas of design drawings for completeness
  • Review construction documents for constructability
Change Review
  • Provide review of acknowledged Change Orders (CO) orChange Order Request (COR) not processed.
  • Assist in preparation of estimates and negotiation
Cost Control
  • Provide review of payment requisitions
  • Recommend to Owner on requisitions and retainage reductions/releases
